Scope of work

Cust1 Cut out and remove section of cast iron drain system for bathroom underneath pear and beam home. Rough in new pvc 4â� and 2â� sanitary drain system for toilet tub and reconnect pvc kitchen drain. A test tee will be installed on new section of drain for city inspection and test. New pvc piping will connect to existing cast iron drain stubbing down through floor. Cust2 Remove shark bite fittings on pex water system in wall and below house. Install viega press fitting on all accessible water lines. Strap and secured hose bibs to home for secure use. Water lines will stub up into wall cavity and be secured before stubbing out into room with hold rite brackets and copper stub outs. Cust3 Strapping to insulate all waterlines underneath homes foundation as needed. After repairs are made the plumbing system was put on test for city inspection. Jobsite will be cleaned up in debris hauled away. Old and abandon piping underneath home will be cut out and removed as needed. A supplement will be provided if city inspector requires any additional repairs or alterations. Cosmetic repairs are not included. No warranty can be given to existing plumbing and piping.
