Need electrical permit for electrical service. Overhead service from pole to a rack placed in yard. Install meter enclosure and feed through panel on rack. Install conduit and conductors underground to house. Customer wants to relocate point of service to rack placed in yard. Shortens overhead service drop that extends over the yard.
