Scope of work

Removed the old 40 gallon natural gas water heater. Installed a new copper ball valve and with brand new supply lines. Replaced the old gas shut off valve going to the water heater as well as the gas supply line. Replaced the old drain pan and installed a new one as well as installing a new vent collar. Installed a new Rheem 40 gallon natural gas water heater with a new 1/2â� gas sediment trap (drip leg). Installed a 3/4â� brass tee that ran to the new expansion tank in the back of the garage closet where the water heater is located.
