Scope of work

Not doing anything on AEs side. Just replacing load side supply conductors to locate the taps in the approved area of the existing MSP. We were informed that if we are doing work on the customer side and NOT touching the meter can/riser we do NOT need an ESPA. We should select âNo meter can requiredâ� and NOT input load information. We were also told that we can still call Dispatch for a Disc/Reconn if we need it and it can still be scheduled for one.
