Scope of work

Install 90000 grain KDC Filtration unit in liquor storage room. Job to include the following: *Repipe all water lines in liquor storage room in PEX eliminating multiple types of piping (some materials are dissimilar & react negatively with one another) *Properly insulate and secure all water piping *Install 90000 grain KDC filtration unit at main water feed to building (to filter all incoming water) *Install discharge for the KDC & route to floor drain *Install isolation valves for the KDC for unit service (or to shut water off to the interior of the building in an emergency) *Pull & reset electric water heater in same location (wooden platform in very poor condition) * Re Route T&P line from hub drain to the exterior of the building *Install a water heater pan drain & terminate at the exterior of the building (to minimize damage from a water heater leak)
