Includes new metal stud framing new storefront entrance door within existing storefront new interior finishes HVAC plumbing electrical fixtures & lighting. *** NOTE*** Robert Ruiz and Chuck Purcell agreed on 4-28-25 to allow this customer to use the existing SDE and Wire way for Unit 250 even though they both do not meet todays AEDCM standards. If there is ANY additional load added in the future then the entire service will need to be rebuilt up to todays AEDCM standards. *******
