Scope of work

Installing electrical feed to 12X16 (192 sq.ft) backyard office. Will be installing 240V 40A circuit feeding load center on back of building that will supply outlets and lighting inside. Power will be ran to load center via trench of code required depth 18inches to top of conduit. System with be grounded via ufer in slab. All other work will be done complying with all 2023 nec and local codes.
