Scope of work

Addition and Remodel-Kitchen and primary bathroom renovation within an existing Interior kitchen and primary bathroom renovation within existing SFR addition of 50 sqft is being added to the northern exterior wall of the kitchen as well as the primary bathroom wing. Revision: Scope Change Description We are amending our active permit to reflect the following changes to the approved plans: Primary Bathroom Removal:The Primary Bathroom shown in the approved drawings is no longer part of the scope of work. All plumbing fixtures and related construction associated with this bathroom are removed from the project. Foundation/Wall Extension Revision:The originally approved extension of 5 feet 9.5 inches from the existing wall is now reduced to 3 feet 4.5 inches from the existing wall. All structural and finish details are adjusted accordingly to match this revised dimension. Interior Master Bedroom Wall:Remove the interior master bedroom wall change from the scope of plans. This wall will remain in its current location. No other aspects of the project have changed. Updated drawings reflecting these changes are attached.
