Two 312 sq ft cedar decks on ground contact treated wood frame. 1st floor deck secured to foundation below. Rough sawn cedar posts to support 2nd floor deck.Black steel railing with cedar drink rail New stair to replace existing from 1st deck to grade. Remove all existing roofing material. Re-roof flat and sloped roofs. New drip edge and synthetic felt.underlayment.
