Scope of work

On arrival the homeowner turned on the water to the home and showed me an active leak in the PVC portion of the yard line. I removed the existing homeowner shut off valve and PRV and also 65 feet of PVC yard line. A new yard line was then installed using 1 inch pex material. A new PRV and homeowner shut off were also installed and the waterline was tied into the irrigation system as well. The entire yard line was also wrapped with tracer wire. The install was then bedded with sand and the new valves were covered with new valve boxes. Once the water was restored the pressure to the home was set at 63 psi. 10005 Liriope Cove Austin TX 78750
