Scope of work

TWR Electric LLC will complete a residential underground service upgrade at the project address. Work will include: Removal and replacement of the existing meter can. Installation of a new main PANEL disconnect. 200A Replacement of the interior load center with a new 200A panelboard GFCI/AFCI BREAKERS. Installation of grounding and bonding for gas and water piping systems. Installation of a surge protective device (SPD) for whole-house protection. All work will be performed in compliance with the 2023 NEC City of Austin Electrical Code and Austin Energy requirements.
