SP-2022-0291C 2024 053277 000 00 SSI Correction work scope- Construct sidewalk of 50 LF and curb & gutter of 100FT. Good afternoon 1. The plan you uploaded is for utility plan not a site plan. if the correction work is due to utility the restoration should be done under the utility permit. You cannot restore under DS permit if the damage is done by utility work. 2. I am not aware of what is Valley gutter this wasnt included into the permit. I have searched in google and what is found is something which is not on ROW. So we do not add anything is does not fall on ROW. 3. Asphalt is usually used on street way any work on street is not done under DS permit. if the asphalt repair is on the street that should be done under an EX-permit. 4. Someone from our team will review the AAF and confirm once its updated. Let me know once you get the confirmation. 5. Correction work scope updated- a. SHORE DISTRICT DR- Construct sidewalk of 50 LF and curb & gutter of 100 FT. b. TOWN CREEK DR- Construct sidewalk of 50 LF and curb & gutter of 50 FT. 6. Can you specifically mention which sheet actually gives you closure for the work scope for the correction work? can you specify the sheet numbers for both the permits.
