Scope of work

Installation of new irrigation system for entire property. This will include a new smart WiFi Rain Bird TM2 controller 1 double check backflow shutoff installed just past the water meter bubbler zones for larger exterior plants and drip zones for all remaining planter beds. A wireless rain/freeze sensor will be installed to prevent overwatering or damage to system.
