Scope of work

Interior Remodel - Remove kitchen cabinets and appliances raising ceiling to match dining room. Remove some of interior nonloadbearing wall separating kitchen and dining room. Move plumbing line to reach new island in middle of kitchen gas line to new location of range and electrical for new layout. Replace windows and add two dining room windows. Replace dining room sliding glass door with two windows. Move AC vents to optimize airflow and raise the ceiling install new cabinetry.
