Scope of work

Interior remodel - Remodel Kitchen and Primary Bath configurations add additional full bath adjacent to game room and office area upstairs. add gas to home for kitchen stove and for fireplace gas log (currently wood burning fireplace). Re configure kitchen and dining walls per engineer report. Re- frame upstairs new bath walls and closet per plan. Revision made: We replaced the current 2x8 ceiling joist over the primary bedroom and primary bathroom with new 2x8 ceiling joist that were longer to help support the balcony deck up above. The previous set up used a cantilever framing but the structural engineer noted that the beams were not long enough. Per his recommendation we removed and replaced with treated wood that was longer so that it could support the upper balcony deck. We did not make any modifications to the existing deck just changed the support beams.
