Sal Plumbing to replace existing 40-gallon electric water heater in same location. Reconnect to existing hot and cold water piping. Install code-compliant T&P relief valve with approved discharge line. Install thermal expansion tank on cold water supply as required by City of Austin. Install drain pan and pan drain where applicable. No change to water heater location or use. All work to comply with City of Austin Plumbing Code and Texas State Plumbing Code.
