Scope of work

This house has had Squatters living in it and they have been removed. There was a report of a fire somewhere in or on the house at some point but no evidence of that but the City of Austin and Austin Energy pulled the meter for safety concerns. The house is sold now. The City of Austin has requested that a licensed Electrician inspect the house and service for any possible hazards or damage that needs to be repaired or replaced. Then submit a report to the City of Austin. I will ask for assistance in the flow process via contacts or Inspector.
