Scope of work

Our plumber discovered a belly in the sewer yard line located approximately 18 to 42 feet downstream from the cleanout in front of unit B. This section of the line was found to be completely filled with sewer water indicating that remediation is necessary to prevent potential sewer backups in the future. Additionally we noted several bulges on the top of the sewer yard line suggesting that the line was not adequately backfilled likely due to rocks making contact with the top of the sewer line.
