Demolition of previous pool and spa. *Demo application affidavit plans & pics have been added to this submittal per instructions from the Austin Residential Bldg Dept. *Attached email from Bob Castro(Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) explaining if we replace damaged pool/spa/decking with same or lesser amounts of impervious coverage no Edwards Aquifer Protection plan would be needed.
