Scope of work

Replace damaged water and sewer lines with new piping throughout the entire home. Replace 80ft of sewer line. Replace 200 ft water line. No tunneling. Pier and beam home. Work in the crawl space. 30 ft. of damaged yard line will be replaced. 4/24/26 SM - Gas meter was pulled so need to verify gas test is good so it can be reconnected. 4/28/26 SM - Full kitchen laundry remodel new gas lines multiple walls exposed.
