Renovating existing worksharing layout to become spec suite office space with conference room offices phone rooms and support spaces.Access control plan provided as separate attachments. Existing lighting to be relocated/reused. (Suite 600 615 625 and 635) Spec suite corridor and existing stair infill on level 6 (within unit 635). Building core is existing to remain. Corridor finish refresh. Demo two doors. Access control plan not part of corridor and stair scope. No access control requested. Existing stair to be demolished and infilled. (FLR 6)
