Scope of work

Excavate and expose approximately 33 - 35 feet of the existing sewer line running from the home to the city cleanout. Remove and dispose of the failed sewer piping currently serving the home. Install new Schedule 40 PVC sewer piping with proper fittings and connections. Ensure the new line is installed with the correct slope and grade to provide proper drainage and meet plumbing code requirements. Reconnect the new sewer line to the existing plumbing system at the home and at the city cleanout connection. Backfill the excavated area after installation is complete.
