Scope of work

This is a stand alone permit request. This is in no relation to the permit that Boutique has on file for the customers remodel project in their bathroom. They have removed us from that permit and we are not doing that work nor do we know what plumber they will use for it. We do however need our own stand alone permit for their sewer yard line and for the plumbing under the house as we need to repair a leak in the pipes. There was backfall and SDR.
