Scope of work

This project includes renovations to the hotel level 1 lobby/restaurant and hotel level 7 pool deck areas. Work will be split into phases to keep life safety systems for both areas of the renovation intact. Phase 2 - involves demolition and renovation of new reception trade room parlor retail and hydration station areas. Finish upgrades to porte cochrere entry elevator lobby and corridor.
