Scope of work

Replace existing 220 SF wood deck with new 196 SF wood deck. (Existing deck shown on 8/28/98 survey as well as COA Building Permit 05006036 dated 05/14/05.) Stair and upper landing to be constructed in same location. Lower deck to be reduced in size by 24 SF with location adjusted to remove encroachment upon the sanitary sewer easement. The smaller replacement deck will reduce the volume within the flood plain area and will be located further from creek channel. Finish level of deck to be raised 3 above existing.
