Scope of work

Interior remodel Raise a drop ceiling and replace cabinetry in our 9.5 foot by 16.5 foot kitchen. Non-structural framing work will include removing the soffits to raise the ceiling from 7 feet to 8 feet to match a current 4x8 foot light well and to narrow a current 45 inch opening down to increase available wall space. An attached expanded scope of work specifies the plumbing electrical and duct work.
