***EMERGENCY*** Tenants have no gas or hot water. I found a large section of galvanized pipe used as gas that had been abandoned and was leaking. We removed all galvanized gas lines and re-piped in black iron. I also installed new shut off valves at the range and the dryer. After all work was complete. I ran a pressure test in which the line is now holding steady pressure.
