Scope of work

Upon inspection of the sewer line three separate root intrusions were identified between the home and the city tap indicating multiple points of failure throughout the system. Given the overall condition of the line we recommend a full replacement of the sewer line from the home to the city connection approximately 40 feet in length to provide a long-term solution and prevent recurring issues. Our scope of work includes full excavation from the home to the city tap removal of the existing damaged sewer line and installation of new piping for the entire run. This will eliminate all root intrusion points and restore proper flow throughout the system. All new piping will be properly bedded in sand to help prevent ground shifting and ensure long-term stability. Upon completion we will perform backfill and restore the work area.
