Scope of work

Convert existing single family 2460 sqft house to a 2-family (single family with ADU-SFR in the rear) property. The original house is 960 sqft (new Bldg 1) 1500 sqft in the rear (new Bldg 2). Only the back 750 sqft downstairs will be modified (add sink and associated plumbing to make the back structure a separate dwelling unit. No work will be completed in the original house or the upstairs in the back. Need 1 additional electric meter (2 total) and NO TAP PLAN. 8/14 CM Per Mayra a sink will be permitted on the second floor for wet bar but no cooking appliances or branch circuits for those appliances will be permitted. Micro Disposal Range circuits are to be removed completely. Existing fridge circuit and waterline in front of furnace closet will need to be removed as well. Owner will repurpose dishwasher circuit for new fridge circuit. Current location of fridge blocks access to furnace closet.
