Scope of work

Installation of Tesla Powershare bidirectional V2H (vehicle-to-home) charging system. Per guidance from Stuart Prior at AE we need to submit this interconnection application with inspection from AE under an Aux Power electrical permit because the hardware involves a UL 1741 grid-interactive device. AE wants to test the V2H functionality at final inspection to ensure effective isolation from the grid. Tesla Gateway 3V to be powered by 125A breaker placed in existing main electric panel. Tesla Gateway 3V to be installed inside attached garage on interior wall behind existing meter and main electric panel. Tesla Universal Wall Connector (EV charger) to be hardwired to a 60A breaker placed inside Tesla Gateway 3V. EV charger to be mounted inside garage on interior back wall. Designated backed-up loads for V2H during grid outage: 60A circuit feeding the subpanel and 30A circuit feeding the smaller furnace. AC unit larger furnace and dryer will be the NON-backed-up loads.
