Scope of work

Residential sewer system replacement. Scope includes approximately 35 linear feet of exterior trenching and 63 linear feet of tunneling beneath the residence to access and replace existing deteriorated sanitary sewer piping. Work includes removal of existing under-slab drainage piping installation of new code-compliant PVC sanitary sewer piping reconnection of branch drains serving guest bathroom master bathroom and kitchen fixtures installation of required fittings and cleanouts verification of proper pipe grade and alignment testing of the completed drainage system backfill of excavated areas and coordination of required inspections. No new sewer tap requested. Existing connection to City of Austin sanitary sewer system to remain in service.
