Minor construction limited to maintenance/replacement of an existing shoreline access approx.240 sqft of ground-level boardwalks. There will be no increase in the existing footprint of the dock bulkhead or shoreline access. **Replacement of metal roof resurface 2nd floor deck and replace treads on existing stairs. The area of the roof and deck will remain unchanged. Some plywood decking will need replacement. No structural modifications. No expansion of footprint. No disturbing of shoreline or lakebed.
