This will not work with in the 100 FT of the intersection. I can let you know more once you provide the plan. Additional comments may apply once the above has been confirmed. 8/12/26 Good afternoon 1. Let me know what Sam says if he ask you to add the sidewalk I can do form my end. 2. The permit was issued with 804 S2-Sheet which for a lane closure you can not use it with in the 100 ft of the intersection. only if- a. this closure is required to stage work equipments/ park work vehicle. b. If you can have the closure 100 ft away from the intersection. c. You can not close the alley entries. 3. Other recommendations are Standard Detail 804S-4 sheet 3 (top half) behind the curb closure ONLY; staging from private property and Special details 4 way flagger details. Let me know you thorughts. Sidewalk Condition This work will require a sidewalk closure. The standard 804S-1 sheet 4 (sidewalk closure) would NOT work because the detour route would be greater than 660 feet. Instead we could list a condition on our permit that you would be able to provide ADA accessibility the entire time. The condition would look like this Contractor MUST have crew present to halt work activities and escort pedestrians through or around the work area. Crew shall not impede travel lanes crosswalks alleyways fire hydrants or local access to all property. Please confirm this would be possible.
