Scope of work

Replace all existing devices and light fixtures. Remove existing interior panel and replace it with arch/Gfci breakers where required. Remove existing damaged (1 phase in the panel is arching)125amp service panel and replace it with a 125amp main breaker panel with ground bushing surge protector exterior communication ground kit and ground rod and a 30amp gfci breaker for the dryer. Will also bond water and gas meter. There will be nothing added with no additional load added to service. Thank you ***07/08/26***A&E tech requested us to replace the existing 100amp meter can due to a 3 gap in the underground conduit to the transformer exposing existing transformer conductors. Replaced it with a new 200amp UG can which gave us the space to repair conduit issue. Have already got an approval from A&E. ESPA# 5272020 Need to add the 200amp UG meter can replacement to the existing permit.
