Scope of work

Replace all existing devices and light fixtures. Remove existing interior panel and replace it with arch/Gfci breakers where required. Remove existing damaged (1 phase in the panel is arching)125amp service panel and replace it with a 125amp main breaker panel with ground bushing surge protector exterior communication ground kit and ground rod and a 30amp gfci breaker for the dryer. Will also bond water and gas meter. There will be nothing added with no additional load added to service. Thank you
