Addition is accessed via a new second stairway and it is walled off from the existing portion of the second floor. Both the new and existing stairway are accessed nearby from the same hallway on the first floor. On the existing first floor a remodel and porch enclosure will include the new stairway and a hallway between the garage and the rest of the residence.
