Scope of work

Install a complete new irrigation system including a 1-inch isolation valve 1-inch backflow preventer with a wye strainer master valve and six irrigation control valves configured as follows: * Four valves to operate MP Rotator spray heads for the turf areas. * One valve to operate rotor spray heads for the larger turf areas. * One drip irrigation valve to supply the drip lines in the front landscape beds. The system will also include an irrigation controller and a rain sensor for automatic scheduling and irrigation management.
