Scope of work

Project includes proposed replacement and repair of structural elements of an existing legal noncomplying deck which are needed for health and safety requirements. The existing legal noncomplying deck located within the front yard and street-side yard setback will remain and is being extended as allowed under LDC 25-2-963(F)(2). A portion of the existing legal noncomplying deck will be demolished. Additionally another deck that is fully compliant will be demolished and rebuilt. Project is WUIC zoning and will require Class A Fire proofing.
