Scope of work

Invoice Summary Install approximately 35 feet of new water service line from the meter to the home including a new homeowner shutoff valve required excavation and permit acquisition. The new water line will be insulated from the meter to the outlet beneath the home. Remove all existing galvanized water piping serving one bathroom and the hot and cold water lines for the water heater. Re-pipe these sections with new PEX piping ensuring all piping is properly supported strapped and insulated upon completion. All work will be completed in accordance with applicable plumbing codes. A final inspection will be scheduled to verify the installation is code-compliant and approved by the local inspector.
