Scope of work
Repipe the kitchen sink and washer drain to the sanitary sewer yard line just outside the right rear corner of the house. We will remove about 50 square feet of drywall to accomplish this. We will also chip thru the top of the exterior concrete beam without cutting the steel reinforcement. We will hire an engineer to inspect the structure as per code.
