Scope of work

[Homestead] -Run 20 ft of 12/2 Solid MC Cable from attic to a closet to add an outlet. Closet holds tankless water heater and its door opens to the outside patio. -Cut an existing 12/2 romex in attic and add a junction box to reconnect them with new MC cable. Existing circuit is fused to 20A for lighting. -Run MC cable through existing sheetrock ceiling into closet space and seal any gap with fire rated sealant. -Terminate MC cable in a junction box with two outlets. Secure box on surface of closet wall -Secure MC cable 6 from new outlet to wall and then every 2 in the attic to rafter
